Individuals under 18 years of age may use the platform only with the involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

10. Career Mode Disclaimer

Any decisions regarding participation remain solely the responsibility of the user and their family.

11. Free Agent Disclaimer

PlayMatchHQ may provide tools allowing players and organizations to connect.

PlayMatchHQ does not verify all users, coaches, recruiters, scouts, clubs, or organizations.

We do not guarantee:

• Recruitment opportunities
• Roster selection
• Tryout invitations
• Team placement
• Playing opportunities

All decisions and interactions occur solely between the involved parties.

12. Pickup Games Disclaimer

PlayMatchHQ may display pickup games organized by users, organizations, or third parties.

PlayMatchHQ does not organize, supervise, monitor, inspect, or control pickup games.

Users acknowledge that:

• Participants may be unknown to one another.
• Facilities may vary in quality and safety.
• Conditions may change without notice.
• Risks may be present.

Participation occurs entirely at the user's own risk.

PlayMatchHQ is not responsible for injuries, disputes, misconduct, property damage, theft, cancellations, or other incidents related to pickup games.

13. Events, Tournaments, Camps, and Clinics

PlayMatchHQ is not responsible for:
